Professional (contractor) Installation of your Storage Shed Kit:
(Available to Phoenix area residents only)

Customers who want professional installation in the Metro Phoenix area will receive free delivery! Make a note in the 'special instructions' area during checkout stating you would would like installation service. We will have one of our contractors contact you to arrange installation of your shed kit. Installation costs are independent of your storage shed order and payment arrangements will be made directly between you and your contractor.

Absolute Steel Sheds does not act as a contractor or installer. The below installation and concrete prices are what Phoenix area licensed contractors charge for the installation of our storage buildings and to pour the concrete floors. Should you wish to have your storage building professionally installed, you will be furnished with the names and telephone numbers of contractors that are familiar with all our products and the required concrete specifications.

Of course, as an owner builder, you may choose any contractor you wish.

All contractor pricing is subject to change without notice. You will be paying the contractor/installers upon completion of the work and you shall make payment directly to them.

Steel Mission Tile Roof Option:

Currently Available Only in the Phoenix, Arizona area with Professional Install You now have the option of adding a stylish steel mission tile roof (these are actually steel - not clay tile) to your shed! These are designed to add a little flair - and to match homes that have such roof styles. You will have the option to order this addition when you call or order via this website. The steel tile roof option runs $300 - $500 in addition to the shed cost. Your steel tile roof will be shipped to you with the rest of your shed kit and we will not add any additional charge for the extra weight!

Installation pricing includes the installation of one 4x6 rollup door.

Concrete pricing includes all concrete and the forming, pouring/finishing and cleanup thereof. Pricing is based upon purchaser’s level site.
